You will pre-sort donations, pack items for transport, and help unload trucks while ensuring accurate records and guest-focused service at all times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Good communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations by assisting contributors and issuing receipts.
• Maintain professional, courteous attitude and flexible attitude.
• Contribute to team building and personal improvement.
• Treat customers and contributors with respect (GUEST).
• Pre-sort donations, separate salvage, and pack for transport.
• Move materials with hand truck or within store as needed.
• Accept only good quality donations; politely refuse unacceptable items.
• Unload goods and assist with distribution and staging.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Complete accurate daily and weekly records when assigned.
• Perform related duties as required.
