Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Donation Center Attendant to assist contributors with donations, issue receipts, and help move materials in the donation center. You will handle sorting, packing, and loading tasks while upholding our ACE culture and guest-centered service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accurate record-keeping. High School is preferred; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required. Prior experience is not mandatory and training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Education: High School level required or equivalent.
• Experience: 0–6 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Accepts donations and issues receipts to contributors.
• Pre-sorts donations by category and packs for transport.
• Uses hand truck to move materials within the donation center/store.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
• Keeps accurate daily/weekly records as assigned.
• Assists with unloading goods from trucks and supports distribution of items.
• Refuses unacceptable items while maintaining a courteous attitude.
• Treats customers and contributors with respect and hospitality as a GUEST.
