Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Arkansa is seeking a Donation Attendant to assist contributors with donations and issue receipts. You will pre-sort, categorize, and move materials, operating a hand truck as needed, while maintaining a clean and safe donation area.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 0–6 months of related experience. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest service and ACE values.

Responsibilities

• Assist contributors with donations and issue receipts.
• Pre-sort and categorize donations; move materials as needed.

• Maintain clean, safe donation area.
• Keep daily and weekly records when assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service per ACE values.
