Goodwill Industries of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Donation Attendant who supports store profitability through excellent donor service and accurate donation records. You will help manage donations and move items efficiently to the sales floor.

Responsibilities include greeting donors, providing receipts, assisting with donations, and using safe equipment to unload and position furniture. You will collaborate with coworkers and uphold 5S principles in a busy, community-minded setting.

Qualifikationen

• No prior experience required
• Must be 18 years or older to operate power equipment

Aufgaben

• Greet donors and provide receipts, assist with donations, and thank donors
• Move donations and salvage to keep merchandise flowing to the sales floor
• Price items using good/better/best approach
• Safely unload furniture from donor vehicles (two-person lift up to 40 lbs)
• Maintain donation counts and record receipts
• Operate non-powered and powered equipment safely
• Assist with loading/unloading trailers
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean work environment
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors
