Job summary

Goodwill in Crestview, FL is seeking a Donation Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service while receiving donated goods, issuing tax receipts, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

You will assist donors, sort and price items, help load donations, and support store operations under supervision. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to donors and customers.
• Greet donors and customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Assist donors and loading staff with unloading donations and issuing tax receipts.
• Maintain accurate counts of donations and keep work area clean and safe.
• Sort donated goods into categories and price for sales floor.
• Transport donations to production area, sales floor, or warehouse as needed.
• Adhere to store policies and participate in staff meetings and training.
