Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Tenneva is seeking Donation Attendants to join our mission-driven team. You will greet donors, help unload donations, issue receipts, and sort items for processing while keeping the site clean and safe.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather. High school diploma or GED preferred, with retail or customer service experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, greeting each one with professionalism.
• Assist donors with unloading vehicles and ensure donations are handled safely.
• Issue donation receipts and maintain accurate records of donors daily.
• Sort donated items by category and place in designated containers for processing.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the donation site.
