Goodwill Centralia, WA is seeking a Full Time Donation Attendant to join our store team. The position handles donations, processes receipts, and supports the center with unloading and stocking.

The role requires strong customer service, reliable attendance, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. The hourly rate is $17.13, and employees enjoy benefits such as health and retirement options, paid time off, and holiday leave.

Responsibilities

• Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary.
• Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris.
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
• Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor's vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested.
• Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible.
• Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.
