Qualifications

• Experience handling donations and customer interactions.
• Ability to sort and process donations accurately.
• Willingness to learn pallet use and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations and issue receipts as necessary.
• Keep donation areas clean and organized.
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
• Assist in unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers.
• Provide excellent donor service and receipts when requested.
• Maintain records and deliver them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.
• Exercise good judgement in determining acceptable donations.
