Responsibilities

• Accept donations from donors and issue receipts as needed.
• Keep donation areas clean, organized and debris-free.
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
• Assist in unloading/loading of trucks and trailers.
• Provide good customer service: greet donors and issue receipts if requested.
• Determine acceptability of donations with tact and clarity.
• Maintain all required records and deliver them to supervisors or drivers.
