Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region in Longview, WA is seeking a Part Time Donation Attendant to help process donations and support the store team.

The role focuses on accepting donations, sorting items, keeping areas tidy, assisting with truck loading, and providing receipts to donors. This position offers an hourly pay of $17.13 and part-time hours at the Longview store.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail or donation center.
• Ability to sort and process donated items efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized donation areas and assist with loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary.
• Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris.
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
• Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested.
• Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible.
• Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.

Right now our Longview, WA store is seeking a Part Time Donation Attendant!

Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour

Position Summary:

As a member of the Goodwill production team, Donation Attendants will be responsible for processing and sorting the donations provided by our community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary
• Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided
• Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers
