Job summary

Arc Thrift Stores in Aurora, CO is hiring a Donation Attendant to price donated merchandise, clean items, and prepare them for sale.

You will stock the floor, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and support the department pricers and store team. Some retail or production experience is helpful, and a reliable 40-hour per week schedule is expected.

This non-exempt role offers opportunities to contribute to sales goals while providing friendly customer service on the floor.

Education And/or Experience Required

• Some retail or production experience is desired but not required.

Physical Demands

• Works inside in a production and retail environment.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak, hear, stand and move throughout the store.
• Use upper body strength to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to dust from donations.
