Job summary

arc Thrift Stores in Bandera - Texas, San Antonio, TX is seeking a Donation Attendant to assist donors, price items, stock floors, and maintain a safe, clean store environment. You will tag and price merchandise, remove trash, and help customers with their shopping experience.

This role supports the department pricers and store goals, with a flexible schedule and a focus on teamwork. Previous retail or production experience is a plus, and strong customer-service skills are valued to ensure

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and meet the schedule demands of a production/retail environment.

• Some retail or production experience is desired but not required.

Physical Demands

• Works inside in a production and retail environment.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak, hear, stand and move throughout the store.
• Use upper body strength to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to dust from donations.
