Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring for a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales at GCNA locations. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour, with duties including processing merchandise, pricing, ticketing, and maintaining store standards.

The role requires the ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable, strong attendance, and the ability to lift and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing; meets minimum quota and sell-thru targets.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods; reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and work station following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in designated areas and assists customers as needed.
