Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience while processing donated merchandise for sale across GCNA locations. The role requires strong English skills, reliability, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merch, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains clean and safe sales floor and workstation.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or misconduct.
• Stocks merchandise and follows floor-work standards.
• Lifts and handles objects in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
