Responsibilities

• Sort donations into sellable, salvage or trash categories.
• Price merchandise using baseline price guides; mark-up special priced items of exceptional value.
• Provide quality assurance by checking for tears, stains, wet, smelly, soiled, broken zippers, missing buttons.
• Consistently meet production goals.
• Ensure a positive donor and customer interaction with world-class service.
• Demonstrate DURT principles with every donor interaction and use the DURT Alert system.
