Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring to join our store team in a role that leads a positive customer and brand experience. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store floor.

The position requires physical ability to lift and move items, regular attendance, and a commitment to Goodwill values as we support community programs and career services.

Formación

• Must be able to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and work station by following floorwork and standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned area.
• Identifies hazards and reports unsafe conditions to leaders.
• Follows safety rules and uses safety equipment as required.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, and handle objects in a fast-paced environment.
