Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona in Gilbert, AZ is hiring for a store team member who leads the customer and brand experience while promoting sales. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour.

Responsibilities include processing donated merchandise, pricing, tagging, stocking, and ensuring safety compliance in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be at least 18, speak/read English, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Meets minimum quota and sell-thru targets for assigned department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Keeps sales floor and workstation properly stocked and organized.
• Follows safety rules and uses required safety equipment; reports hazards.
