Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area seeks a Merchandise Processor to support donated goods operations. You will process textiles and other items, keep the sales floor organized, and ensure timely, courteous service to customers and donors.

Roles involve standing for long periods, lifting and moving items as needed, and working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends in a warehouse/store environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Must be 18 years or older due to store operations and safety policies.
• Able to read, write, and perform simple math for daily tasks.
• Comfortable working in an open warehouse and varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor to meet production and sales goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other items with similar handling steps.
• Organize and rotate the sales floor and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow Goodwill Keystone Area quality and production standards.
• Track daily production and report progress to supervisor.
