Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and supervise location staff; enforce policies and safety rules.
• Ensure safe working environment and proper handling of products from receipt to distribution.
• Assist in achieving daily sales and processing goals; maintain merchandising standards and inventory.
• Handle customer, donor, and employee relations professionally; submit required reports on time.
