Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, and promote sales. You will process donated merchandise for sale at GCNA store locations and its affiliated entities.

Responsibilities include pricing and tagging merchandise, maintaining the sales floor, and following safety rules. The role requires reliable attendance and the ability to lift and move heavy items daily.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and tagging.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Reports incidents of theft, misappropriation or unauthorized possession of property.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation according to standards.
• Lifts, bends, pushes and handles merchandise in a fast-paced environment.
