Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking team members to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for sale in our Retail stores. Join a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork help us reach production goals and support our mission to help local job seekers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Detail oriented with strong organization and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to operate forklift with proper training and age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support production.
• Identify and solve problems, seeking management when needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area.
• Follow training playbooks, e-learning, and instructions.
