Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated team member to join our stores as a warehouse associate. You will examine and grade donated goods and process them to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Work involves moving across areas, solving problems with management, communicating effectively with teammates, maintaining a tidy workspace and following safety rules. Prioritizing teamwork ensures great guest experiences and successful store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented for fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift; 16–17 not allowed to operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support production goals.
• Identify problems and seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and teammates.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation.
• Follow training playbooks and work instructions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
