Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia seeks team members to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in our retail stores. You will process items quickly to meet daily production goals while following standard operating procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. We offer health benefits, uniforms, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods
• Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support
• Effectively communicate with management and other team members
• Effectively promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peers
• Consistently perform work tasks according to training playbooks and instructions
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Adhere to safety and security practices including reporting hazards
• Attend and complete required trainings and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
