Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods to sell in our retail stores. You will process goods quickly to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment while following standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English and work well in a team.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification/licensing to operate forklift (18+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily goals.
• Identify and solve problems and seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Follow training materials and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to safety practices and report hazards.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
