Goodwill-Industries-of-Arkansa is seeking a Donated Goods Associate to support store operations by processing and stocking donated items, helping customers at the register, and rotating through donor door, processing, pricing, merchandising, and cashier duties based on daily demand.

The role emphasizes ACE culture, safety, teamwork, and flexible duties to meet daily production and customer goals in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Willingness to learn Goodwill standards for donations, pricing, and sales.
• Complete required training, HazMat awareness, and equipment certifications within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Greet donors and customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Process sales transactions at the register; handle cash, cards, and other payments.
• Receive, unload, and sort donated goods; assess quality per Goodwill guidelines.
• Hang, tag, price, and stock donated merchandise on the floor and in stock areas.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, donation area, and restrooms.
• Flex between cashier, production, and sales floor duties as needed.
• Support training and development; participate in store building/renovation efforts as needed.
