Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling; LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience providing counseling to DV survivors or relevant populations.
• Experience using trauma-informed care and harm-reduction models.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Cultural competency and interest in health equity, social justice, and public health.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, respectful team.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct supervision to Domestic Violence Community Specialist.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial, safety planning, and risk assessments.
• Administer trauma-informed screening tools.
• Oversee treatment planning and execution.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Coordinate services to integrate substance abuse treatment, mental health, and recovery supports.
• Maintain thorough client documentation reviews for quality and completeness.
• Attend team meetings and trainings; engage in provider meetings.
• Lead trauma-informed support groups.
• Align all duties with CHASI’s mission, vision, and core values.
