The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled at multitasking, with experience in freight forwarding or transportation operations,

• Identify and resolve service issues while maintaining clear communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Position Summary

The Domestic Operations Agent is responsible for coordinating domestic freight shipments, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring timely, accurate transportation services. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in a fast-paced logistics environment.
