The candidate will coordinate domestic freight shipments, manage carrier relationships, and ensure timely, accurate transportation services in a fast-paced logistics environment. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled at multitasking, with experience in freight forwarding or transportation operations,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in domestic freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor domestic air, ground, LTL, and FTL shipments.
• Manage shipment updates, routing, documentation, and transportation system records.
• Obtain carrier rates, secure spot quotes, and verify vendor charges.
• Identify and resolve service issues while maintaining clear communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and support continuous improvements.
