You will partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to shape customer experiences, drive execution, and scale features for rapid growth.

You'll own the product roadmap, manage backlogs, and collaborate on governance, security, and compliance while guiding teams through AI-centric initiatives with responsibility and impact

Qualifications

• 8–10 years experience in product management, or related field such as business analysis.
• 3+ years leading projects, mentoring and/or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and plan the product roadmap, creating long-term vision and strategy.
• Engage with partners and merchants to deliver lending solutions and manage external relationships.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to gather requirements and manage backlogs.
• Manage multiple initiatives while maintaining the roadmap and backlog.
• Lead a team of product managers and owners to foster progress and transparency.
• Stay up-to-date on product evolution, competitors, and the financial services industry.
