Scenthound Northeast DFW is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for customers, selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience.

This role is ideal for someone motivated and coachable, with opportunities to advance into leadership as we grow. You’ll educate customers on wellness care, schedule first visits, and ensure a clean, safe environment for dogs in a fast-paced front-desk setting.

Qualifications

• Retail or membership sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Motivated, coachable and eager to grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by educating customers on wellness benefits.
• Build relationships with dog parents and deliver outstanding service.
• Promote and schedule first-visit appointments to introduce services.
