Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is hiring for a bartending role at our high-volume venue. You will provide friendly beverage service, perform pour tests, and assist with upselling drinks and menu items during live shows and events.

The position requires lifting up to 25 lbs, a flexible schedule, and strong teamwork. Experience in a live music environment is preferred, along with Responsible Alcohol Awareness training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work late hours.
• Flexible schedule.
• Cash handling experience.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs.
• Interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Physically able to pass a pour test and a mixology drill.
• Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety minded manner.
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor.
• Cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
• Successfully complete a pour test prior to every shift, where applicable.
• Suggestively sell beverages and menu items to guests at the bar.
• Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly.
• Maintain bar operations and keep log entries for equipment and safety hazards.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and venue policies.
• Open/Close duties, process guest checks, and manage the bar cash flow.
