Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a bartender to join our fast-paced venue team. You will interact with guests, drive repeat business, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires a CA alcohol cert, ability to lift 25 lbs, late hours, and experience in high-volume settings or live music environments. You’ll work as part of a dynamic team supporting exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• California License or Certification and Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training or Equivalent.
• Ability to work late hours and have a flexible schedule.
• Cash handling experience and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Pass a pour test and a mixology drill (timed).
• Ability to manage intoxicated guests safely and professionally.
• Experience in a live music environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor.
• Cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
• Successfully complete a pour test prior to every shift, where applicable.
• Suggestively sell beverages and menu items to guests at the bar.
• Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly.
• Record any equipment failure or safety hazards in bar log.
• Maintain responsible alcohol service per policy and local law.
