Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Music Hall Bartender for a part-time, flexible schedule (nights and weekends) in a high-volume venue. You will serve guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure responsible alcohol service while maintaining stock and a safe environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and a polished appearance. Prior cash handling, pour tests, and mixology drills may be required, with opportunities to advance in a dynamic live entertainment company.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship is required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Positive attitude and teamwork are required.
• Able to work in a high-volume, sometimes stressful environment and keep a clean appearance.
• Punctual attendance with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience.
• Must lift/move up to 25 lbs and pass a pour test and mixology drill.

Responsibilities

• Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating during shift.
• Follow safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner and suggest items.
• Process orders promptly and manage payments.
• Record equipment issues and safety hazards in the bar log.
• Recognize intoxicated guests and refuse service as required.
