Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a passionate bartender to join our venue team. You will interact with guests, cultivate regulars, and ensure attentive service across busy events, concerts, and nightlife.

You must handle cash, maintain safety, and execute standard recipes with speed. A flexible schedule, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and past mixology drill experience are valued; the role offers a dynamic, team-centered environment.

Qualifications

• State or County alcohol certification or equivalent.
• Ability to work late hours and flexible schedule.
• Cash handling experience and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Pass pour test and mixology drill.
• Experience in live music environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor.
• Cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
• Successfully complete a pour test prior to every shift, where applicable.
• Suggestively sell beverages and menu items to guests at the bar.
• Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly.
• Prioritize and organize drink orders.
• Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications.
• Record equipment failures and safety hazards in bar log.
• Recognize when guests are intoxicated and stop service when needed.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per local laws and policies.
• Request proper identification for guests under 30.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform opening/running/closing duties according to policy.
• Process guest checks and payments at POS.
• Maintain bartender cash bank and cash-out procedures.
• Maintain appropriate comp and spill checks.
• Occasionally work at special events scheduled throughout the venue.
