Job summary

Dogtopia of Fort Worth Downtown is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our guests and their pets. Pay starts at $13.00 per hour, and successful training may allow you to bring your own dog to work.

We offer a dog-friendly environment, education in basic dog obedience, and a dynamic team culture across our 200+ locations. Responsibilities include data entry, building strong relationships with pet parents, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Day to day Duties

Clean and Safe Environment- to ensure our furry friends are always in a safe and clean environment, we take pride in working as a team to get all the nitty gritty complete

• Maintain and update cleaning schedule, along with holding themselves and team accountable to the Dogtopia's safety and cleaning standards.
• Dismisses dogs proactively with ongoing behavior issues and monitors action plans to retain those with minor issues

Customer Service and Presentation

• Maintains neat and organized Front Desk team area at all times
• Sets the example for the 3 S's (Smile, Story, Satisfaction) and hold accountable to internal and external customer service standards
• Answering phones, emails, and questions from pet parents
• Strive for high customer review ratings!

Must be available to work weekends and some holidays

Schedules Available:

• Monday-Friday 6:15am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-7:30pm
• Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm
• Sunday 1:30pm-4:30pm

As the Front Desk Coordinator you are responsible to work with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience sets the highest standards and satisfaction of our customers.
