Dogtopia of Berkeley Heights is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome guests and dogs, explain services, and manage day-to-day bookings. You will greet dogs of all sizes, handle check-ins/outs, and assist with tours and questions.

The role requires a lively, organized individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay professional with owners and canine staff. 18+ with reliable transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a strong work ethic and reliable transportation.
• Ability to greet guests and dogs in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication, phone and in-person, with pricing and billing awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and every dog, explain daycare, boarding and spa benefits.
• Check dogs in/out, sell treats and events, schedule reservations.
• Answer questions over the phone and in person, conduct tours.
• Toggle across multiple platforms and ensure accurate pricing and billing.
• Log notes from canine coaches and communicate with pet parents.
