Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of direct management experience of a team of five or more employees.
• Genuine affinity for dogs; they are the center of our business.
• Ability to learn basics of dog behavior through attendance in the playrooms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of up to 20 employees and manage up to 100 dogs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Conduct interviews, training, and performance reviews for team members.
