Sol Dog Lodge and Training Center is seeking a dedicated Dog Concierge to be the first point of contact for clients and their dogs. You will manage scheduling, payments, and check-ins/check-outs while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM systems. A flexible schedule helps cover 30–40 hours weekly, including shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Formación

• At least one year of experience in a client-facing front office or reception capacity.
• At least one year of professional experience in the dog care industry.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and their dogs.
• Manage client communications and scheduling of appointments.
• Take payments and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Ensure a positive, happy experience for clients and their dogs.
