Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, has an immediate opening for a General Manager to lead our Manassas team. This role rewards energetic, organized, business-minded individuals who can train staff to deliver top customer service and maintain a safe environment for dogs.

You will manage grooming operations, scheduling, client records, and inventory while controlling expenses and growing revenue through up-selling and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience managing others and overseeing all areas of business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to deliver top customer service and create a positive, dog-friendly environment.
• Manage grooming operations, schedules, client records, and inventory within budget.
• Control expenses, forecast needs, and seek ways to maximize efficiency and revenue.
