Job summary

Truestone, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations focused on securing and staging Government Furnished Property and defense equipment. You will manage the flow of GFP/CAP items, ensure compliance with DoD standards, and coordinate deliveries to naval bases and shipyards.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and 4+ years in a DoD defense environment with 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• 4+ years in DoD/military/defense contracting warehouse or logistics.
• 1–2 years in a lead/supervisory role over warehouse personnel.
• Experience handling Government Furnished Property (GFP/GFE) and high-value defense hardware.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations and assign workflows.
• Supervise warehouse specialists and ensure DoD property standards.
• Coordinate transport and staging of mission-critical materials to naval bases and shipyards.
• Maintain DoD shipping/transfer documentation (DD Form 1149s, DD Form 250s).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and GFP/CAP inventories.
