Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Inventory Manager / Government Property Specialist to ensure GFP accountability and accurate inventory records across the SIL, test range, and program activities. Qualifications

• Typically requires BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing inventory, Government property, accountable equipment, or material within a Government, defense, engineering, logistics, or similarly controlled environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of inventory accuracy and establish traceability of equipment, material, and accountable assets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders including Program Management, Configuration Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Security.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control and accountability for GFP, including equipment, tools, materials, prototype hardware, and other property supporting SIL, test range, and program activities.
• Record and maintain GFP information within PIEE and property records in accordance with DoD requirements and Leidos processes.
• Maintain 98% inventory accuracy for unclassified components and 100% accountability for classified components, including physical inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Develop and coordinate the Government Property Inventory Report to ensure records are complete and traceable.
• Manage property lifecycle from receipt to disposition while maintaining documentation.
• Coordinate with Configuration Management and Engineering to maintain identification and status of SIL hardware.
