Job summary

First Division Consulting is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to execute day-to-day warehousing, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material accountability for mission-critical systems aboard a military installation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of warehouse experience.
• Inventory management and material accountability experience.
• Experience staging, packing, storing, and shipping electronic equipment.
• Operation of forklifts, motor vehicles, and material handling equipment.
• Use of computer-based inventory and bar-coding systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, inventory, stage, package, store, and ship electronic equipment and related materials.
• Maintain accountability of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) utilizing automated inventory and bar-coding systems.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and physical inventories.
• Utilize inventory management software to verify stock levels and generate reports.
• Develop and automate logistics reports to support inventory visibility.
• Prepare materials for shipment and coordinate transportation activities.
• Operate forklifts, Government vehicles, and material handling equipment.
• Maintain warehouse organization and proper storage procedures.
• Support material issue and recovery activities.
• Maintain records associated with warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and Government regulations.
• Perform other logistics and warehouse support duties as assigned.
