Job summary

ASI Government is seeking an Engagement Lead (Director) to command a complex DoW client engagement. You will independently navigate ambiguous client situations, translate strategy into operational outcomes, and lead polished, executive‑level deliverables.

In this senior role, you’ll co‑lead with another seasoned engagement lead, manage the workplan, and ensure rigorous, high‑quality analysis and communication while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in management/strategy/transformation consulting or equivalent client services.
• Proven track record leading consulting engagements with senior client relationships and accountable deliverables.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to structure analyses and present executively.

Responsibilities

• Co‑lead the engagement with a government mission leader, combining consulting discipline with established client relationships and subject‑matter expertise.
• Serve as a senior day‑to‑day interface with client leadership; anticipate needs, read stakeholder dynamics, and build credibility through sound judgment.
• Frame ambiguous problems, develop clear points of view, and provide strategic ideas and practical recommendations reflecting client context.
