You will build high-performing teams, manage multi-workstream engagements, and drive strategic relationships across AWS, partners, and DoD customers, delivering mission outcomes in secure environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading IT projects with external customers.
• 5+ years of program or engagement management leading other project managers.
• 1+ years as Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Current, active US Government TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead large, complex engagements end-to-end delivering business outcomes.
• Redirect distressed programs to successful outcomes amid ambiguity and the unexpected.
• Apply delivery frameworks (Agile, Scaled Agile, Waterfall, ITIL) to multi-workstream plans.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements and executable roadmaps using AWS frameworks.
• Validate technical solutions against mission objectives; lead architectural reviews.
• Maximize engagement value by negotiating scope, timelines, and financials as needed.
• Communicate across diverse audiences (product, legal, finance, operations, partners, customers).
• Influence AWS service roadmaps, ProServe offerings, and organizational metrics.
• Accelerate progress by creating or optimizing cross-team processes; establish operational excellence standards.
