Peraton in Fort Huachuca, AZ seeks a skilled VoIP/VTC Systems Engineer to support NETCOM with real-time IP voice and video services for over 1.2 million Army CONUS subscribers. Responsible for the full O&M lifecycle of secure VoIP/VTC systems, ensuring DoD cybersecurity and RMF standards are met.

The role requires active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Security+ within 90 days. You will troubleshoot field issues, manage RMF/ATO documentation, and collaborate with DoD security

Responsibilities

Support NETCOM in providing real-time IP networking services for voice and video to over 1.2 million Army CONUS subscribers.
Handle all aspects of Operating and Maintaining secure VoIP/VTC systems, encompassing end-user devices, hardware, and software.
Support NIPR and SIPR VTCs as well as both Unclassified and Classified meetings.
Troubleshoot field issues and provide advanced technical support for customer VoIP solutions.
