The role requires active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Security+ within 90 days. You will troubleshoot field issues, manage RMF/ATO documentation, and collaborate with DoD security

  • 0 Years w/BS/BA, 2 years w/Associates Degree, 4 years w/o BS/BA

Responsibilities

  • Support NETCOM in providing real-time IP networking services for voice and video to over 1.2 million Army CONUS subscribers.
  • Handle all aspects of Operating and Maintaining secure VoIP/VTC systems, encompassing end-user devices, hardware, and software.
  • Support NIPR and SIPR VTCs as well as both Unclassified and Classified meetings.
  • Troubleshoot field issues and provide advanced technical support for customer VoIP solutions.
