Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Senior VTC Engineer to oversee enterprise VTC and conference room systems for DoD missions. Ideal candidates have active TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in Unified Communications/VTC, and 8+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (12+ years acceptable).
• 5+ years in Unified Communications or VTC Engineering with upward trajectory.
• 8+ years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management and expert-level support for site VTC and Conference Room systems.
• Troubleshoot VTC/AV equipment failures and coordinate with external offices.
• Manage video capture and transfers to media streaming servers for mission data access.
• Perform routine performance testing and maintenance on workstations and VTC equipment.
• Draft SOPs for VTC operations and conduct system security functions.
