Job summary

SoftDev Incorporated seeks a Senior Program Analyst to deliver strategic, analytical, and executive-level support to the DoD/VA Program Office (DVPO). The role advances joint DoD/VA healthcare initiatives, interagency activities, and program assessments through research, analysis, reporting, and coordination with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of experience in the Military Health System (MHS).
• 10+ years of experience with the DoD/VA program.
• PMP certification required.
• Public Trust background investigation at proposal submission.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level briefings, reports, studies, and presentations for senior DoD and VA leadership.
• Support the Health Executive Committee (HEC) and related working groups.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret program information to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct requirements analyses, cost-benefit assessments, and evaluations of program performance.
• Develop analytical methods and recommendations to address complex program challenges.
• Assist in Joint Strategic Plan and JEC Annual Report preparations and coordination.
• Monitor milestones, reporting requirements, and action items.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to support program objectives.
• Provide technical and analytical support to the Program Manager and DVPO leadership.
