Job summary

Ibility is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a contractor team supporting a DoW health affairs organization. This key role interfaces with the COR and ensures program management, analytics, and front office operations across joint governance, interagency partnerships, and funding management.

The ideal candidate brings deep Military Health System experience, a proven track record with joint DoW/VA programs, and strong contract management skills, comfortable engaging senior executives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification highly desirable.
• 20 years+ experience in the Military Health System (MHS).
• 10+ years in joint DoW/VA health care programs.
• 10+ years in contract management.
• Strong executive communication with senior government leadership and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership across contract tasks and governance.
• Oversee multi-task contract support operations and performance against standards.
• Direct planning, scheduling, QA, and staffing for contractor personnel.
• Maintain COR interface and communicate with government management and partners.
• Serve as the designated Program Manager with authority for daily operations; prepare alternates.
