Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer DoD TS SCI Clearance Required Patrol in Herndon, VA. This unarmed role will safeguard clients across a technology office environment, perform routine patrols, monitor areas, and support access control with professional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Active DoD TS-SCI clearance.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a corporate technology office location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office floors, lobbies, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access or unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established emergency procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership, client contacts, and emergency responders.
