Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Armed Security Clearance Patrol in Arlington, VA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas at an aerospace and defense location, deter incidents, and respond professionally to evolving situations.

Qualifications

• Armed guard card or license required.
• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized entry to controlled areas in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
